The ACCOSSATO master cylinders are used in many competitions, such as Superbike, Moto 2, Moto 3, AMA Superbike and are characterized by a really strong braking, so a short passive running. The feeling with the lever is immediate, the braking process is always strong and without compromises; this result is possible thanks to a mechanical tolerance reduction and the joining of all the master cylinder’s parts.

The master cylinders’ gaskets are made of a material which comes from Formula1 and it ensures, with the use of oil DOT4, a long duration and no ordinary repairs is needed.

The master cylinders’ bodies are of two different types, forged aluminum or CNC; the color is made by a hard oxide, which ensures the body’s protection during the entire duration of the master cylinder.
The levers mounted on the ACCOSSATO master cylinders are black and, in relation to the model, are mounted with the standard model or with the new lever K which has a new ergonomics and central lightening. Under request it is possible, for the standard model, to have the version of the lever for air.

The ACCOSSATO adjustable levers have been exclusively patented by the racing division. Just seven seconds are needed to change the wheelbase regulation and the available regulations are:

19mm (piston diameter suggested for dual disc systems)
16mm (piston diameter suggested for mono disc systems)

Suggestions the bleeding process and how to change a master cylinder

Mount the master cylinder on the handlebar or half handlebar, checking that there is not any impediment
Regulate the distance from the lever, in order to create the best feeling
Activate the brake lever, until it touches the handlebar or half handlebar, so that the piston can make an entire spin with a fluid movement

Reservoir to master cylinder connection

Use a cable with made of Teflon inside and covered by steel, which has to be compatible with the brake fluid in EPDM and with a diameter of 3mm, at least
Join the reservoir exit with the master cylinder entrance, using the requested clamps, the extremities need to be joint with appropriate couples
Use exclusively the brake fluid DOT4, with an high boiling point, from new packages and change it for every race
Note: the usage of a different fluid from the DOT4 can cause master cylinder’s damages

Breaking system bleeding

Turn the handlebar or half handlebar, in order to have the reservoir in horizontal position
Fill up the reservoir with brake fluid, during the bleeding process the oil level doesn’t have to go below the minimum level
Activate more than one time the brake lever and fill the braking system partially
Insert a transparent plastic tube to the bleed screw
Bleed through the following steps:
- -pull the brake lever entirely and hold it in that position
- -unscrew the bleed screw and let some air and some oil flow out
- -close the screw again
- -repeat this operation until no more oil will come out of the bleed screw, and check that the oil level doesn’t go below the minimum level
- -close the screw with a suggested couple of 10-11 nm

General notes

The master cylinder needs to be cleaned with water detergent and avoiding the usage of solvent, which could cause damages on the components.
The disassembly of the master cylinder is forbidden, otherwise the warranty will lose its validity
The usage of non original spare parts is forbidden
The revision must be done exclusively by Accossato

Galfer's steel braided brake lines are made of PTFE 62 Dupont-Teflon , around the inner Teflon we have 16 strands of steel braided cable (most companies only use 12) that allows for almost 0 expansion effect when applying pressure to the brake lever. All Galfer lines are coated with a clear or colored protective coat, protecting the line from the weather and the bike from scratches. All Galfer kits come complete with banjo bolts and washers for easy installation. Banjo bolts should never be torqued over 12 to 15 ft/lbs. All kits are made bike specific. Colored line kits are available. If your bike does not come with a radial master cylinder stock you will need to pick the appropriate brake line fitting angle to properly fit the lines. These short solid replacement pucks are sold separately and work on specific bikes. The frames on these bikes are very close to the bodywork, so Woodcraft developed a shorter puck for race purposes. They are 1/4" shorter than the standard replacement pucks. It's a good idea for racers to carry a spare in the toolbox. They are replaced with the single perpendicular bolt.

This is a single replacement puck only. These are sold individually, if you need one for each side of your bike you need to place 2 in your cart.

The Strapless Transport Stand works by way of a stainless steel rod inserted into the hollow rear axle of most modern sport-bikes. The steel rod is then captured in the Strapless Transport Stand using slide locks, allowing the bike to ride on its own suspension. The Strapless Transport Stand is removable in seconds, using two mounting plates that bolt to the floor, just slide the stand into place and engage the locking mechanism. The Strapless Transport Stand works great in a variety of applications (enclosed trailers, open trailers, shipping crates, long bed pick-up trucks). Simply load the bike facing forward or backward, whichever eases your loading and unloading. A bike can be loaded and completely secured in less than one minute and unloaded even faster. When secured in the Strapless Transport Stand a bike cannot move side to side, front to back, or lean at all. This allows you to place a bike closer to trailer walls, rails, or other bikes without worrying about contact damage. With no tie-downs to break or come loose and no wheel chocks to pop out, the bike will be upright and undamaged no matter how long or rough the ride. While the new breed of front wheel clamping chocks are convenient, they still require the use of tie-downs while in transit. Mainly to prevent the twisting of the front end in the triple clamps and more tie-downs to keep the rear of the bike from dancing side to side.
